Flags For Freedom

Since 2011, the Commack School District has displayed 911 flags along Scholar Lane to honor and remember the victims and heroes of September 11, 2001. The flags are our community’s way to commemorate the lives lost on that tragic day; to the bravery of those who put others first before themselves and to those who continue to suffer due to their heroism. WE WILL NEVER FORGET!
