Camp Good Grief. Where children and teenagers begin to heal
East End Hospice’s CampGoodGrief is a bereavement day camp for grieving children and teenagers. Camp is provided free of charge where children begin to heal. They learn to express the feelings and emotions accompanying grief.
The Camp is provided free of charge to the children.
We would like to collect snacks and drinks for the children while they are at camp this summer. We are asking for the following donations to help this wonderful organization with the expense of running this camp. Some of the snacks that would be good, but certainly not limited to are:
Water Bottles (pint and half pint size) Gatorade – Small Size, Juice Boxes, Snacks individually packaged, gift cards to Target, Walmart, Costco, BJ’s so they can purchase supplies such as Bubbles, Frisbees and sporting equipment.
This is one of the Giuseppe A. Nigro Lodge’s charities and we want to help make a difference to these children who suffered a loss this year. Please help us by bringing a donation to our June 16th meeting.
